If you have been using Excel for some time, you have probably come across situations in which you would like to pull out information from a large dataset without modifying the list or looking across the columns and down the rows to find the information you need.  One of the most common ways to quickly obtain the data you need is to use a Lookup Function. In this webinar, we will demonstrate and explain the following:

  • How to use VLookup to return an interest rate from a table based upon credit rating
  • Using VLookup to pull Salary & Hours Worked from a large employee table
  • How to compare two lists to find items that do not match using VLookup
  • Use an IF function in conjunction with a Lookup function to extend its power
  • Use Match to return the position number of an item in an array
